SIMPLE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
(No-Flour)
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar (you can use a combination of 3/4 white and 1/4 brown or all white sugar)
1teaspoon Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in bowl .
Put small spoon full sized balls on foil lined pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and use back of fork to make the criss-crossed imprint on the cookies.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove, let cool, and EAT!!
